FOR LICENSEES
Licensee refers to the company or individual which has taken license to sell under our brand names. As we’ve number of our own established models, the selected buyers have an option to under go a licensing deal. Post agreement, the buyer can sell using our brand name and we’ll provide all insight needed to do a sucessful business.
Agreement & Product Selection
An eligibility check is carried out in which the buyer audit is conducted by us. On approval, partnership & licensing agreement needs to signed before commencing this model. Post that, licensee makes the selection as per the needs. You’ll have to take the approval from us before listing any product.
Security Deposit
Once you make the selection, you’ll have to make a security deposit depending on the terms of the agreement. The products will be manufactured and dispatched by licensee. We’ll only take a fixed commission per order under this model.
Shipping & Support
Licensee need to ensure that the product are shipped as per our quality standards. Returns are the liability of licensee.

Payments
The payments for all dispatched order will be received by us. We’ll pay a commission for every successful order. The commision rate will be as per the agreement.
QC & Shipping
We’ll do the quality check before shipping each order. Returns under this model are our liability.
