FOR BUYERS
This model caters to the offline market. The buyers who have shops, stores etc. can do partnership deals with us to sell our merchandise. We’ve few different options under this.
Agreement & Product Selection
An eligibility check is carried out in which the shop/store inspection is conducted by us. On approval, partnership & retail sales agreement needs to signed before commencing this model. Post that, buyer makes the selection as per the needs. Location/Minimum area of product placement in store will be as per the agreement.
Security Deposit
Once you make the selection, you’ll have to make a security deposit depending on the terms of the agreement. The cost of goods is the main factor in this. The products will be provided by us. Payment cycle will be as per the agreement.
Shipping & Support
Licensee need to ensure that the product are sold as per our quality standards. Returns are our liability.
FOR SELLERS
As we already have retail presence, the seller can choose to sell there merchandise in our stores. Please fill out the form here and we’ll get in touch with you.

Payments
The payments for all orders will be received by us. We’ll pay a commission for every successful order. The commission rate will be as per the agreement.
QC & Shipping
We’ll do the quality check before receiving each shipment from the sellers. Returns under this model are liability of the seller.
