RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

The following Returns & Exchange Policy only applies to online purchases made through divawalk.com & divawalk android & iOS app.

    1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the Delivery Date.
    2. All store purchases may only be returned to Diva Walk stores. Please contact your local store for Return Policy information.
    3. Please note that items purchased at Divawalk.com cannot be returned in a DIVAWALK Store for exchange or refund.
    4. Although we take utmost care while packing and shipping the orders, In a unlikely situation where a product arrives damaged. Please contact us and provide relevant details as may be asked by our logistics team to exchange your shipment.
    5. Return shipping is free in case product has any defects. Fixed delivery charge of Rs.80 and Payment Gateway Charges are Non-Refundable for products returned after delivery.
    • Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, Cosmetics, Lingerie, Jewelry, Hair goods, Sports bra, Body suit, Swimwear, Undergarments Including Socks cannot be returned.
    • Items sold on discounted price cannot be returned. Only products brought on full price are eligible for return. However such items can be exchanged if received in a damaged condition.
    • Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
    • Replacement items will be shipped post physical verification of returned items at our warehouses.
    • Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 7 days from the shipped date. Please get in touch with our Customer Support Team over chat or via email – care@divawalk.com to initiate a Return.
    • Upon receipt of your return, our Online Returns Department will inspect your merchandise. You will receive a refund to the original form of payment used to make your online purchase if we are unable to provide replacement.
    • Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
    • Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we will refund the money or issue DIVAWALK Credits, as per your preferred choice.
    • Refunds will be processed only for eligible product or in case we are unable to provide replacement of concerned products
    • For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take upto 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
    • For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders you will be asked to provide your Bank Account Details. You are requested to provide complete and correct details for faster processing.
    • DIVAWALK Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from Divawalk.com. Please provide the desired option when initiating the return request.
    • For orders placed using DIVAWALK Credits, the refund amount will be credited to your DIVAWALK Credits account only.
    • Any DIVAWALK Credits / cashback vouchers applied will be activated again. Please note that limited period offers which run for a specific period or product specific discounts availed on initial order, may not be available by the time you return the order. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • DIVAWALK.com will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by the customers. The customer takes the complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
    • Refunds will be processed only for eligible product or in case we are unable to provide replacement of concerned products
    • Refund/DIVAWALK Credits will be issued only after the product is received at our warehouse.
    • DIVAWALK Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days of receiving the product. Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
    • You can either return complete order or some items from the same order.
    • Please pack the products properly and paste the label that you get via email from care@divawalk.com. Pickup person might not take the return pickup in case the label is missing.
